Now that fox pens are PERMANENTLY closed in Florida, we have chosen to focus our efforts on the remaining States that allow this practice to continue. Therefore, we are gathering information on how these States regulate and permit fox penning and will post each State's guidelines on this page.

Please check back often as we begin our quest to close fox penning throughout the United States. This is a practice that should not be allowed to continue. Period.
